Payment Policy

Welcome to Rota Computer Academy — empowering students through computer education and technology excellence. We are working under Gaurang Patel Educational Services.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept UPI, Net Banking, and Cash at our academy. All payments must be made before starting the course or service.

2. Enrollment Confirmation

Enrollment is confirmed only after payment verification. You’ll receive a receipt and confirmation message from our team.

3. Fees & Payments

All fees must be paid in full before the start of the course. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner. Paid Fees are non-refundable. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our software and services.

Receipts are provided for all payments — please keep them safe.

4. Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable except in genuine cases such as course cancellation by Gaurang Patel Educational Services. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. If student will not attand class after paid fees than paid payment is not refundable.

5. Late or Missed Payments

Delayed payments may lead to restricted access to online materials or classes. Continuous delay may result in enrollment suspension.

6. Invoices & Receipts

All transactions are processed via secure payment gateways ensuring data safety and encryption for your protection.
